C208/C208B Torque Link Repair STC

WHAT'S NEEDED TO OVERSIZE:

• Torque Link STC (STC is FAA & EASA approved)
• Reamer Kit (reaming is done by hand - tap handle is provided with kits)
• 2 Oversized Pins
• 1 Oversized Bolt
• Bushings if necessary
• Spacing washers if necessary

​ABOUT:

• This STC helps keep the nose gear linkage tight and shimmy-free and reduces the number of nose gear swaps. The gear is able to remain on the aircraft. 
• STC allows reaming the torque link holes/bushings and holes on nose gear, and allows installation of oversize torque link pins and bolts (Cessna Part Numbers 2643091-1 & 2643092-1), to remove joint slop, extending nose gear life
• Reaming can be achieved without removing nose gear
• Precision machined pins and bolts are cad plated for long life
• Oversize Tool kits available with tap handle & self-piloting reamers
• Shim washers available to prevent lateral play
